Most products may be returned (less shipping) within 30 days of purchase, provided customer requests return authorization. Ballew Saw & Tool, Inc. will provide the customer the customer with a return authorization number, which must be written on the outside of the return package. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and some items are NOT returnable. Title and risk of loss to the products will remain with the customer until the product(s) are physically received at Ballew Saw & Tool, Inc. All products must be returned undamaged, freight prepaid and in the original packaging.

Customer may wish to insure the products against loss or damage when shipping. (recommended)

• Credit will be issued when the product(s) have been physically received.

• REMINDER - The return authorization number MUST be on the outside of the package being returned.

• Please have your invoice or packing slip with your return, or we will be unable to process your return.
